Halo style Marine helmet with working integrated headset, integrated shooting earphones, and spring-loaded, retractable microphone boom with toggle-mute button.
Our most frequently asked question is "Can I Take This Airsofting?" and we finally get to say Yes.
Though our resin printed helmets can pack in incredible detail, we can't get around the fact that resin has a tendency to shatter when it breaks. We build them strong, but material limits can only be pushed so far.
This is why we introduced the carbon-fibre PETG helmet. With our improved FDM printers, we can nearly match the quality of our resin prints with substantially more strength. Now seeing what airsoft guns can do to a piece of sheet metal up close, we cannot guarantee that this helmet won't take damage in an airsoft match. What we can guarantee is that this material should withstand damage - having holes punched into it, being knocked around - without catastrophically failing. You might need to spend five minutes with some filler putty and a can of paint after taking some hits, but you won't have craters blown out of a resin part.
On top of the features of our resin marine helmet, we've taken suggestions from fans to integrate a set of shooting headphones with active microphones - the sort of thing that lets you hear your squadmates nearby while filtering out gunshots, Scorpion tank fire, and plasma grenades stuck to your Warthog. The extra strength also lets us securely fasten a chinstrap which, though not present in the game, feels nice to have when sprinting out of cover.
All Features include:
- Original design, high-quality Carbon-Fibre-PETG prints for strength
- Active hearing enhancement
- Upgraded speaker quality in headset
- Attachment point for our ballistic orange goggle set
- Bolt-in chinstrap
- Toughened black undercoat and Loop Lecce Green Resin Acrylic paint
- Updated helmet design features all screw-in armor panels for easy repainting, weathering work, and service
- Female 4-channel aux plug at on right side allows for easy attachment of phones or other devices while still allowing the helmet to sit flat when unplugged. Our intention is to keep our phone in a magazine pouch on our chest and use Discord as our battle net at conventions. The ODST plan is to integrate wireless features, but nothing is finalized yet
- Generic set of removable helmet pads included at cost
- Generic webbing-compatible pouch to hold phone included at cost with headset variation
Please be aware that although the goggles use genuine ballistic-rated Revision lenses, they are in our own frames and we can not guarantee the ballistic rating of the original product. Please use at your own risk.
